Hiring Metro Law and Mediation 

Representation commences when a written fee agreement (i.e. Retainer Agreement) is executed and payment arrangements are made for your matter.  

Consultation 

At your initial consultation, you will discuss with your attorney your matter in detail.  All discussions that take place between you and your attorney are protected by applicable privilege, including attorney-client privilege. Be sure to arrive prepared with any material you wish for the attorney to review and advise you on.  Sending this information in advance may also assist the attorney with whom you are meeting. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding your initial consultation. 

FEES

Depending upon your case, fees may structured in numerous ways.  Whether an hourly-fee arrangement, flat fee arrangement, or hybrid arrangement, our fees are competitive and reflect the great level of service and work we provide our clients on a daily basis. Be sure to contact
